Brett Pawlak and his company BP Builders is the most professional construction contractor that I have had the opportunity to work with. Brett’s company, did a wonderful job, and provided photo display to show what was done, which is very comforting because you could see they did what they said they would. The contract process was easy, and he provided choices. Then they performed the work quicker than quoted. I have built 6 homes, take care of numerous businesses for over 30 years, and BP builders were the first to do what they said, before they promised, and there were zero cost overruns, and they left our house in the condition they found it after the job was done. We had significant ice dams on the south facing dormers of our home in Quaker Hill. Water was leaking into our home at 3 different locations. I contacted BP Builders because they had replaced our roof in 2024. The team at BP advised me NOT to attempt to physically break the ice dams because significant damage could be done to the roof shingles. Within 24 hours a BP crew of 8 people arrived early on the weekend. BP used specialized equipment (not a power washer) to carefully steam the ice dams off our roof. The problem was solved within 2 hours and we avoided additional damage inside as well outside our home! I am 100% satisfied with ALL aspects of our experience with BP Builders! Thank you BP! ~ Ric R
