Brett Pawlak and his company BP Builders is the most professional construction contractor that I have had the opportunity to work with. Brett’s company, did a wonderful job, and provided photo display to show what was done, which is very comforting because you could see they did what they said they would. The contract process was easy, and he provided choices. Then they performed the work quicker than quoted. I have built 6 homes, take care of numerous businesses for over 30 years, and BP builders were the first to do what they said, before they promised, and there were zero cost overruns, and they left our house in the condition they found it after the job was done. My experience working with BP builders was excellent. I have already recommended this company to two other friends and will continue to do so. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded, and kept in touch throughout the process. They had the old roof taken off and new plywood pieces and brand new roof installed within one day. Brett & BP Builders are the type of people I like working with! Similar to another review I read, we had some leaks due to a poor solar installation 10 years ago. BP Builders was recommended to me to look at replacing the roof as part of the solution. Brett and Bruce answered all my questions and made me understand how they do the job right. They just take the time with you which is greatly appreciated. Once I signed a contract with him, he co-ordinated with the new ‘Solar guy’ to time the job so that the panels would come down the day before the work and get reinstalled starting the day after. True to his word, Brett’s team had the job done in a day. They paid attention to detail and quality and as others have said left the yard clean of any debris. Brett was prompt and professional in responding to our communications and questions. The cost for the job was very competitive. The team who arrived to do the roofing and gutter work were on time and organized and they worked diligently throughout the day. And they were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the project. A few days after the project was completed, it rained and we noticed that one of the gutters was leaking at a seam. We contacted Brett and he sent someone out to repair it within 48 hours. We've had a few home repair projects done within the past year by various contractors, and not all of our experiences were as positive as this one. Bruce was both professional and friendly. Communication was fantastic. Work was done very timely. The dumpster arrival and removal was timed perfectly. Bruce made this process smooth and easy. He even came to my place of work to pick up my checks for payments. This saved me the 3% surcharge that a card would have cost me. I was told what to expect before during and after for clean-up with no surprises. Calls were picked up/returned very quickly. Prices were 2K less than anyone else which is great for my single parent teacher salary status. BP Builders didn’t try any bs gimmicks and performed a real inspection before drawing up the contract. Other companies didn’t even get on my roof and padded their price with assumptions of issues beyond replacing it. I will use BP Builders for any future needs again. They rock! ~ Christine T

This company is great to work with!! I received notice of my homeowners policy being cancelled because my roof needed to be replaced. This was determined by the insurance company use of a Google Arial view. Found this company with a Google search. I was afraid a roofing company would automatically advise on a roof replacement. Kevin with BP Builders was at my home within two days of the call. An inspection report with photos was completed and delivered to me the next day. The roof does not need to be replaced. We needed to have our roof stripped and redone and although it was not an emergency, we wanted to have it done at the earliest opportunity. We were favorably impressed by Brett's responsiveness and professionalism. He followed through quickly with a clear and detailed proposal, and we had an good array of choices for shingles. I am so happy that I went with BP Builders. I needed my roof stripped and redone along with new shutters. From my first talk on the phone with Bret, then meeting him at his office going over all the details, I knew I made the right decision. Bret was very helpful in me picking out my shingles, going over the whole process, and keeping me posted on the job job while it was in progress. The job was done on the day I was promised. We recently hired BP Builders to replace our roof. I can’t say enough great things about Brett and his crew. They showed up early in the morning and had the roof stripped and replaced by the end of the day. They came back the next day to insure that the work site was clean and free of any left over nails and other debris from the roof replacement. I had pointed out that part of the house siding had been damaged during the roof removal and Brett had it fixed the next day without any questions. If you are looking for a contractor who stands behind his business, returns phone calls and does what he says he will do, then BP Builders is the contractor I would wholeheartedly recommend. ~ Lee W

BP Builders, LLC was the first bid on our roof, provided the most thorough proposal, and was the best value. His crew was highly courteous, respectful, and dedicated to the project. They completely scraped a 6000sq ft roof and completed a new roof in two day's time. Mr. Pawlak kept us abreast of all details throughout the job, sending pictures, providing status updates, notifications of milestones for the job, and even fixed deficiencies that were beyond the scope of the contract. At the end of each day, the grounds around the house were meticulously cleaned by the crew and the final day's cleaning left no visible trace of their presence on our property. My handyman called Bret on my behalf. Bret called me within a day and immediately scheduled a visit. One thing about Bret is that he "gets it done". He's high energy and moves the process along like lighting! He does not mess around with inspecting, quoting and scheduling. We toured the attic and looked at the water damage. I had a quote the next day and we scheduled installation within 5 days. His crew showed up on time and knocked it out in one day. He documents the work with his drone and ensures a spotless clean up. No no nails or roof pieces left behind. My roof is large, has an addition with multiple angles with a high pitch and is now a beautiful with Atlantic Blue shingles. ~ Joann W

Brett and the team at BP Builders did an excellent job for us. We needed to replace our aging roof before winter. We obtained several quotes and BP had the most detailed, which gave us confidence. The contract outlined steps to protect our house during installation and thorough cleanup, including magnetic sweep and a pledge to return if we found any nails they missed. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other quotes. They were courteous and professional. They showed up on time, stripped our roof, replaced several damaged boards, and installed the new roof tiles all in the same day. We weren't home, so they sent us photos of the work underway and when completed. They also sent us drone photos of the finished job, which was a very nice touch. The house went on the market and we decided to do the roof very last minute. Our real estate agent, Judy Halleran, had Brett take a look at it. We called him on a Weds. and his crew was there on Saturday. The crew was very professional and had it done in 6hrs! We also had him put a new ceiling in one of the bedrooms due to water damage. That only took 2 days and it was last minute as well. Brett also worked with us financially, not a lot of contractors do that. He really went out of his way to get it done fast. We recently hired BP Builders to replace the roof on our house. Brett was amazing from the start. He came the same day I called to meet my wife and I, and he brought shingle samples to choose from, measured the roof, explained the entire process, and described the products that would be used. Within a day he sent the estimate for our approval. A week later Brett and his team showed up bright and early and began removing the old roof and finished the entire project within 5 hours. Brett inspected all aspects of the roof installation to make sure it was perfect! The entire team pitched in to cleanup and left no nails or debris behind. Bruce and the team have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Not only did they reach out minutes after requesting service through their website, they stopped by our house and left a very detailed package containing different shingle types to choose from, I also received the estimate the same day too! The communication provided was out of this world. A day after they came by to check out our roof I received a call letting me know could install next day! From start to finish it was Exaclty 1 week. We recently worked with BP Builders to have our roof replaced. Brett was responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, and flexible when providing service information, quotes, financing options, and timelines. The quote we received from Brett was ultimately the most competitive of three, which didn't hurt either. Brett's team did a great job on installation. They even replaced a small piece of siding at the highest part of my roofline in the process. The whole job was completed in less than 30 hours, with no residual mess. Brett and his crew came over and helped my family with a leaking roof. They were very professional ,and did good quality work for a very reasonable price. Our new solor panels, made our roof leak. We are so happy with BP Builders and highly recommend them. My husband and I had the roof on our home and a few months later, we decided to do the roof on the workshop and add gutters to our home. They did a great job on our roof and gutters! Kevin was very understanding when we were hesitant to use the loan company they were using at the time. Then very patient while we shopped around for a loan. Once we got things squared away on our end Kevin got us scheduled for the following week! It had been a very windy day so there were some nails and shingles that had been blown around. Brett called a few days after and asked if we were happy.
